Tracy Lynch
Graduating with a Bachelor of Music from the Sydney Conservatorium. Tracy is an established violinist within the Music Theatre industry. Starting her career at the Theatre Royal Sydney in 1995 with Phantom of The Opera, it has been her passion for diversity in music and the community that has inspired her for 26 years.
As a Performer Tracy has held the position of concertmaster for Disney’s Aladdin, Les Misérables Sydney and Singapore seasons, The Wizard of Oz, Jekyll and Hyde, Sweeney Todd and for 10 years the Helpmann Award Orchestra.
She has been a solo violinist for the recent production of Jagged Little Pill, Pippin, Chicago and The Book of Mormon.
Tracy has performed with Sierra Boggess, Kristin Chenoweth and many well-known Australian performers on stage and within the recording studio.
Other memorable productions are West Side Story, Miss Saigon, Wicked, Legally Blonde, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, The Addams Family, Doctor Zhivago, Love Never Dies, My Fair Lady, The Merry Widow, Titanic, Show Boat, Singin’ in The Rain, South Pacific, Crazy For You and many more.
As a teacher, Tracy currently holds the position of Head of Strings at Moriah College Bondi. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Suzuki Talent Education of NSW .
Tracy is thrilled to be back at Theatre Royal Sydney and a part of this wonderful production.
