The Theatre Royal Sydney Box Office is located on Level 6 at 108 King Street, Sydney. It is currently accessible via the 25 Martin Place retail precinct.
Tickets can be booked online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Alternatively, you can contact our Box Office team online.

Service NSW Discover Vouchers can be used to purchase tickets for all productions currently on sale and can be redeemed in person at the box office or over the phone. Vouchers are only valid on full price tickets and are limited to one voucher per transaction.
Please note, Theatre Royal Sydney only accept payment by card.
Group bookings are available for select performances of Girl From The North Country.
Groups of 8-16 can be purchased online.

Flexible Ticketing
Exchanges must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the originally ticketed performance and may not be made for the same performance.
Exchanges cannot result in fewer tickets or seats in a lesser price category than originally purchased. A $10 per ticket fee applies up to a maximum of $30 per exchange transaction. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Completing compulsory check in via the Service NSW QR code for contact tracing purposes
Conducting regular sanitation and cleaning of the venue including in between performances
Ensuring sufficient supply of hand sanitiser is available on-site
Providing contactless payment options only (no cash)
Theatre Royal Sydney will be following all NSW Health guidelines and Public Health orders. Currently, government advice allows the venue to operate at 100% capacity. Whilst this means patrons will be sitting side by side, we do encourage all visitors to the venue to practise social distancing where applicable.
We understand that COVID-19 and associated restrictions may still impact your visit to the Theatre Royal Sydney. Therefore, if you or a member of your party experience any of the following, you will be entitled to an exchange at no cost:
You or they are required to self-isolate or quarantine (and the event falls within the isolation/quarantine period) due to:
being a confirmed case of COVID-19
having close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
living in or having been in a high-risk area within Australia
having returned from overseas (excluding New Zealand)
You are unable to travel to attend the event due to border restrictions
You or they have COVID-19 symptoms, have been tested for COVID-19 and are awaiting test results (and the event falls within the period of awaiting test results).
Where can I buy authorised tickets?
Tickets are available to purchase through Theatre Royal Sydney and its ticketing partners.
Customers are encouraged to avoid buying tickets through unauthorised third-party websites that sell secondary tickets, as there is no guarantee the tickets will be valid for entry at the Venue. Entry to an event may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a ticket is questionable due to being purchased via an unauthorised sales channel.
How long is the production?
Girl From The North Country runs approximately 2.5 hours including an interval.
What is the age recommendation?
The production contains some coarse language and sexual references, and is recommended for audiences aged 14 and over.
